1 Cup ketchup
1 Cup Orangina
½ lb Shrimp
3 Red Radish
¼ Cup Guindilla Pepper
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Pinch Aleppo Pepper (or Red Pepper Flake)
1 Bunch Cilantro
In a medium bowl bring salted water to a full boil. Have a bowl of ice water ready also. Cook the shrimp for 3 minutes in the boiling water then remove and put them directly into the ice water to stop the cooking process. Allow the shrimp to cool completely then remove and pat dry. Then remove the shells. Set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl add Ketchup, Orangina, half of the Guindilla Peppers, Lime Juice, Salt, Aleppo Pepper and Shrimp. Mix well and taste. If you would like to add more salt or hot sauce do so.
Slice Radish nice and thin, Pick leaves of Cilantro for garnish.
Pour the Coctel into a serving bowl. Garnish with Radish, Guinadilla Pepper, Cilantro & Tortilla Chips.
